How to reach us about a fault, a feature, a privacy question or an advertisement.

Write to hello@shipfy.in. One person reads that address, and you will get an answer.

What helps us most

A file that breaks the tool. This is the most useful report. If you can send the file, send it. If the data is private, a small part that still shows the fault is enough. Tell us:

• what you did,
• what you expected,
• what happened,
• your browser and its version.

A feature you need. Tell us the problem, not only the feature. "I must find every record with no email key, in a file of 2 GB" tells us more than "add a filter".

Privacy questions

For a question about your data, or to ask what we hold about you, write to the same address with Privacy in the subject line. The short answer is in the privacy page: the documents you open never reach us, because the tool runs in your browser.

Advertisements

This site shows advertisements from Google. If an advertisement is wrong, unsafe or in the way, tell us the page and what you saw, and we will take the place out.

Please note

We cannot read your files for you, and we cannot write your code for you. We also cannot recover a document you lost: we never had it.
